Why don't any of these modern reiterations of Voltron have a yellow lion with open ears? That was always one of my favorite features on the 80's toy.

Yeah, I remember the yellow lion opening its ears and firing missiles :)

and the Blue Lion with his head opening up to reveal a missile, can't make this Voltron the definitive Voltron with these little features missing I think the Godaikin Voltron is still the best

There was a problem in that the LED wiring was not organized and the battery mounting part was not fixed and fell. I didn't put it in the video :)

High quality. Not much diecast though, only in the main joints the lion legs and in the chest.

I noticed the battery does not fall out of the yellow lions mouth when you open it like mine does. Jealous.

I received the delivery without a small part of the red lion. Although I received it again through the customer service center :)

Are you curious about the defect? In my case, one of the parts of the red lion was missing, and later I received the parts through warranty service

How are the joints?

Most of the joints are ratchet joints and are strong. However, the strength of the left knee (yellow lion's side) is a little lower in robot mode.
