Weakauras are a useful tool for good players and a massive crutch for bad players. Don't think there's inherently much wrong with them, it's mostly the players using WA as a crutch that create problems

the only weakauras i've ever used are purely visual/informational, like making some slightly more visible bars or icons to track buffs i really care about so i can get a sense for my uptime on certain effects, even as simply as Hunter's haste buff from steady shot and rapid fire, stuff like that. In a mess of active auras at any given moment, it's nice to be able to highlight only the ones that matter the most to me

WeakAuras don't need to dip into playing the game for you. They can instead be focused on just delivering information, and letting you decide what to do with the info. For example as Enhancement you will absolutely want to have your maelstrom weapon stacks front and center in your UI which requires a simple WA, looking at the salad of icons on your buffs and trying to find it is miserable.

Regarding the early quitters. I would put a key in the corpse of the boss and a lootchest for every boss at the end. one can then only loot the chest if they have a) the key and b) finish the dungeon. downside though, that the group needs to finish the dungeon to get any loot at all. You could make those chests spawn at the beginning of the dungeon after a set amount of time, in case you fail to finish the dungeon

the boss drop/dungeon leaving problem has been fixable since BC. I said back then bosses should only drop itemizations unique to them. weapons, armor, shields, so on and so forth, and that items such as Trinkets, Rings, Cloaks, necklaces should be dungeon drops, as in off all bosses. A. Since those drops are always the hardest to fill, B. It incentivizes people completing entire dungeons since there are more chances that those items drop. Why they have never done this boggles my mind. 15 years and still, that one boss drops that one item. Usually, a stupid trinket or ring. No one has ever liked it and it's been nothing but trouble for the community. In Vanilla it made more sense. since trinkets especially were or could be so transformative to playing. But since BC they've basically made most of them stat sticks. With a few exceptions having some really cool or interesting effects. Which the really cool ones should be 100% a final boss drops.

1:24 I kind of wish you got a companion for the open world also like the eso system. If you could bring a dps tank or heaker then you could also make the solo open world a challenge. As I see it now everything has to be easy because healers need to be able to solo the content but if as a healer you could bring a dps or tank companion then that wouldn't be the case.

It's annoying having to look at the +10 different buffs at the top of your screen having to check if a Tempest is ready to go with a lightning bolt or not. Blizzard really needs to update their UI better in advance.

@@hasforth9 actually I use X-Perl unitframes and keep my nameplate and enemy plates near the bottom center of my screen. I also have my buffs right above my name plate so I usually see them right away, also I use Hekili rotation helper because I play so many diff toons and specs I can't keep track of them all. That addon keeps me on point. If an important cooldown needs to be hit then it immediately tells me as well as the next two abilities and it updates in real time to change depending on the state of the fight and your abilities. So if the next attack is Lightning Bolt but you get a storm strike proc it will immediately change. The benefit of this is that after a while you don't even need to use the addon so much because you'll know when the proc hits to immediately hit that. Also you build muscle memory and start to learn which abilities are most important to make sure you constantly hit. You can also type /Hekili to adjust the abilities in your rotation to omit certain things like CD'd and trinkets to only display during a boss fight or when certain conditions are met like having x-number of enemies around you, etc.

If not, why? if its because you left, you get no loot and your voucher is destroyed, if its due to being kicked, send the loot to your mailbox. The worst bug I ever faced in Delves was some Nerubian hulk enemy falling through the map and becoming unkillable, and it was the 4/4 I needed to get to the boss. Brann wouldn't stop shooting it from 500 feet in the air, so it never stopped being aggrod despite falling to the bottom of the world. Had to reset the whole thing.

Full transformation is just not visually appealing when it completely disregards your race. Goblin, tauren and Kul tiran having the same form despite having very different connections with the elements is just lazy. Maybe all the forms should have small flairs from their totems, goblins having some kind of steampunk harness to show how they use the elements, or tauren having totems on their back. Where are you finding all these class changes? I was scouring the forums and can't find these posts anywhere. They're not in general nor are they in the class specific forums. I checked the blue tracker, and it only shows some hotfixes.

Earthen never should have been an option for a playable race. Playable races should be restricted to creatures made of flesh and blood. How does healing magic work of stone? How do abilities like "blood boil" work on stone? How is it that Earthen can still drown underwater? The whole concept falls apart when you make them a player character in a game like this

Good that they are punishing people for leaving groups after a single boss. Half my guild was doing it. It’s poor form. And also shame on Blizzard for putting a trinket that good that early into a dungeon. They should have known better.

Listen i just want to know which class to play to melt through mobs and keep survivability high... while also playing Kul Tiran because paladin hasnt hit that race yet.
