Those are fantastic numbers for such low boost, the exhaust note is quite unique. From an engineering perspective, you may want to get the car weighed and corner balanced to dial in your suspension settings. You should also gain more power once you switch to the Kinetix intake plenum, as it and the Cosworth plenum are designed for boosted applications. You may also want to run a plenum spacer such as those offered by Motordyne if there is enough z-height to your carbon fibre hood. I am quite looking forward to future tuning sessions when you approach near maximum output of the turbo kit.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Now, this is how you do a proper 240/Silvia swap. Sounds way better than any stupid LS swap, in my opinion. I've always said that when doing these 240/Silvia swaps that it's better to stay with a Nissan engine. I myself have been thinking about finding me another Z and stripping it out and finding a VK56 titan engine a dropping it in with a big turbo setup. I mean, I would love to find a 240sx chassis, but people around here are smoking crack and are wanting $5K just for a clapped out chassis with no engine or transmission or little to no interior. The car sounds pretty f@$king awesome and so does your boosted Z too. I've always been a huge fan of the S15 chassis.

If you don’t like how ur turbo flutter sounds, u can change its tone. u can put a small section of aluminium pipe in front of the turbo. As I can see u don’t have much space. Different pipe sizes change the sound!
