Brill video Tom. do you find sometimes that downhill give you a bigger workout than uphill? It dose for me but I'm peddle assisted on the uphill ride. I also have an unassisted bike but don't ride it that much.

Thanks Jon, Maybe, I'm still bloody knackered even riding downhill. Of course I have to ride back up so there is that. It certainly makes it more bearable having a good old blast down a hill :)

Black trails been closed for a good while, two large felled trees blocking it I believe. There's a video on here somewhere where s guy walked it, there has been some repair work on it but a way off of reopening by the look of it.

There is a trail map by the bike wash area, its a bit of a noticeboard so may have had I for about the black run there.

The company was Evolve MTB - I think he is no longer running it but definitely worth checking it out as I may be wrong. The course was fantastic 👍
