I'm not sure that I call them anything special actually. Maybe I've said dandelion fuzz. Love the perfume bottle idea! And the broccoli creature. Okay, all of them... Glad you enjoyed the challenge! Thank you for the mention. :)

We didn't call them wishies but we would always pick them up and make a wish when we blew them away, so wishies totally makes sense!! :)

Lol to the comment of the day, I never really had a term for "wishies" but it's such a cute nickname lol.

Love this! I do something similar when I'm bored in class. I make a bunch of dots all over my paper and then connect them into a shape and design around that.

We always called them dandelion puffs, or there was like large ones that grew from a different weed and we called them spray puffs, because we would always pick them, cover them in hair spray, spray paint them, use more hair spray. And we still have them somewhere to this day. 😂

I call them dandelions, yellow or white and fluffy, but wishes sounds really adorable and do make sense since some people blow on them and make wishes, so either way makes sense! :)

I like the name wishie. I've never actually had a name for those weed things. Dandelion doesn't sound right because those are the yellow ones. I can't remember any specific name for them, huh. Weird. But I like wishie!

Well from what i remember learning is tat those wishy are called dandelions. Dandelions are odd cuz they are usually thought of the yellow flowers but dandelion have more than probably 10,000 species and we mainly see the dandelion in 2 different forms; the yellow flower or wishy flower

The pink blob where yo drew the "wishie" flower, I totally saw a balloon floating away✨I'm sure that would've been to easy so I'm glad you came up with something else. Also the one where you drew that bird I saw a small butterfly flying, I think I might try this out when I'm stuck on what to draw. Since right now I.m kind of in a drawing funk/slump. Love you're videos Mira! You're a great artist! ✨🙂✨

Also I never called those flowers wishies growing up. My mom did tell me how you could make wishies with them though. So whenever I saw them at parks or somewhere, I would love to make wishes and blow the fluffy flower for fun😄

This is a really cool challenge! Also I call them dandelion clocks. As we use to blow them and with each blow say "1 o'clock, 2 o'clock..." Until there were no seeds left. Then that would be the time!

I love doing these on the back of my sketchbook drawings. I first saw this as 'stain challenge' a while ago on polish youtube channel and it's just so much fun. Also, don't feel like I'm wasting paper leaving back pages blank :D

3:53 In Germany this is a Pusteblume which composed of the word blow and flower which is fairly close to blowball which is the English equivalent and if you study botanics it's the seed-stand of the Taraxacum officinale, :)

Does anyone know what the 2nd pen she uses is called? It's definitely not the same "plain black marker" she uses for the bird, because she squeezes & ink comes out when she draws the flower. Also, the tip looks like a brush & I can tell she got multiple line weights with a single tool. It's not listed on the supply list.
