Block Buster Developer Update 4/14/23

Greetings my fellow monsters!
Thank you for taking a look at our very first game and tearing up the town with us. The feedback we’ve gotten from you all so far has been nothing less than amazing and we are already addressing some of the things you have brought up in our discord channel.
Which brings us to this first Quality-of-Life update.
The biggest feature is the addition of smooth turning options accessible through the pause menu. We also added buttons to support turning on both controllers, a single controller, or no controller. You can adjust rotation speed as well as adjust the snapping on your turning if you prefer snap turning. We also added a button to the options menu that takes you to patch notes. This will be updated with every new installment going forward.
We have made Mt. Sakura available for free play mode. Players can now go to Mt. Sakura and explore the city. You do not need to unlock it in single player mode to access it. Just press downward on the Level selection arrow keys.
We have also addressed players’ concerns regarding the speed run achievement for Mt. Sakura. The Speed run Achievement has been adjusted from 7 minutes to 9 minutes.
Additionally, we added billboards to Bay City and Park Central. These billboards expand upon KaiTech’s influence within the timeline of events. The level 4 secret zone now includes additional timeline details continuing from Mt. Sakura’s timeline.
We hope you've been enjoying Block Buster. As of now, we feel this is a great starting point for our team to tackle more issues we are seeing. We are working diligently to expand our features to bring smooth movement, multiplayer Coop modes and much more. Please stay tuned!

I don't know if y'all knew this, but the park central map is pure pain, specifically the boss, not hate, I love the game, just thought I'd mention that the boss is too hard imo

Thank you for playing! Throwing the planes like a boomerang is the best way to take out the boss. Giving your throw an "over the shoulder" type motion like you're heaving it over your head helps a lot too. I hope this helps! Ok i dont know if you guys are already working on this or if it has came out but you didnt show us in the video. But are we gonna get a easier and possibly harder difficulty soon because i have been doing pretty bad and i am not that good it would help alot

Hello, thank you for commenting. We are discussing ways to decrease the difficulty, but are a little far away from implementing it. That said, we are working on other game modes and movement options to expand the game further! Thank you for playing and bringing your concerns to our team. Level difficulty scaling will be available in due time!
