Awesomeness Master Wong. I've noticed your approach before your opponent kicked. Your position to pull away to his opposing kick to enhance more room for you to capture his leg since his leg followed your motion. 😊

The Body kick is to Keep your right arm tight to your body and scoop under the catch with your left arm. Then, push off your lead foot, step back, and pull your leg. Finally, take a big step and sweep your opponent, that's a really great leg counter Master Wong, I simply enjoy your instructions very much my friend, I'll catch you on the next chapter.🙏🏾🪔 🔥👊🏾🔥💪🏾🔥👌🏾🔥👏🏾🔥✊🏾🔥

😅So true.. lol. I like every one of my comments because if i don't like it, i shouldn't be saying it. No one else in life is obligated to like you or what you say. But you should like yourself. I wanted to go to Kunyu Mountain to immerse myself in Martial Arts and learn things i Love, however.. I listened to people talking me out of it. _Much better to pursue your dreams in life rather than worry about how others feel about you pursuing them._

In Muay Thai, grabbing the kick the way you do is exactly the same and usually we would punch or do a leg sweep from there. I'm relatively new to Muay Thai, but its very interesting to see the usage of elbows to the knee/thigh. It's good to see self-defense or martial arts borrow what works best

I've been studying martial arts for 39 years, we have a very similar outlook on life, and we have an amazingly similar way of fighting. I've only seen a dozen or so of your videos so far and I agree with everything, the only thing I question is the amount of movement you employ. With every move I end up 6 ft behind the guy having already performed a handful of revoltingly violent acts. Why don't you move more? Do you think I'm moving too much? Is it just because you're teaching to all levels? If somebody had told me to move more earlier on it would have made me feel less pain.
@masterwong1015 ай бұрын
Thank you for your thoughtful insight and for sharing your extensive experience! In my approach, the focus is on precise, controlled movements rather than excessive motion, allowing for more effective positioning and less exposure. It’s about quality over quantity. For deeper exploration into efficient movement and balance in self-defense, consider checking out our comprehensive training program on the website. It may offer valuable perspectives tailored to different levels. Keep training smart! www.wingchunmaster.tv/

I was involved in a street fight recently. Not able to deploy fancy kicks or chain-punches but won the encounter by the presence of mind to "do something" and "do what you can" when in the unprovoked surprise attack. There were witnesses and after a police investigation there is no further action against me. Thank you Master Wong, very much. 🙏 Stay safe people !

Very good in the world of fighting always be ready to be prepared for every single attack every single scenario from any and every position of course the obvious weakness ability to see and the ability to stand with those two weaknesses exposed and taken out of the picture of Victory will always be inevitable use any and everything to gain the up blend the art with what gets the job done anything can be a weapon everything must be the same vision hearing offense defense you get the idea not missing the slightest detail being quick fast accurate clever resourceful powerful with the intent of one objective at hand victory and nothing else and to always put the enemy down for good that's the key word whether it be where it matters and competitions all of course in waste of time street fights that one rule that should never be broken when it comes to that should always get broken it is best to break the enemy completely as well as that rule of not doing so they don't play by the rules so why should a man works for his money and earns his living play buy something like that if he knows how to play and allow someone who is trying to cause harm to be let live

In my opinion, it is too dangerous for the fingers to block the leg. Better front kick to the mainstay.
