(magnifying glass for the statues as well as glue to really nullify the overall threat) step 3: be good at blocking, forget everything else if you suck at blocking you better hope it one shots For the pit statues! Prep: bring item+ as well as 5 bombs(or storm tea), additionally bring glue and the magnifying glass to lower damage output from the statues Note: bring sp/hp recovery items (youll have 3 slots if you follow the prep section completely) step 1: Use baller baller for the floors 10-13, 15, 17-18/19 (you can use knight for the floor with a porcupine or dynamite it) (or just ball it if you got softener by some luck) step 2: use knight card with tnt start for 14 and 16 against banished knights step 3 (optional) use knight for floor 19 (if you have high sp you can use dynamite) step 4: use glue and magnifying glass, then bomb spam(tea spam) the statues (assuming you brought healing use them as you see fit) (note the apple pie has been removed from shops, you cant use them unless you have some still in your inventory)

It is actually possible to glitch the game and make it where you have all your weapons and items and cards when you fight Terry all be it is that you need the right cards and items to successfully attempt to beat him (its now impossible because you needed apple pie and that got removed because its to op and will be nerfed in demo 2 according to someone) and even then it still may be hard as you kinda have to be lucky.

here is how I do it (or just a simple explanation of how to beat this jumpscare of a boss) when sentient statue uses unexpected dash, clicked when he is halfway through the screen or pass his original position. you should dodge it. when he uses statue smash on you, click when he is at his 4th or 5th frame before he lowers and crushes you. you should dodge the attack. i can't explain it that well so probs find a vid to help.

Actually I'd say red and blue, despite being the first boss encounter, are kinda tough. I got forced to use 18 tix worth of items on them and only had 1 hp left on hard mode. King ant is easier to beat than red and blue on solo. All you need is ONE bomb at the start and then just dps race the ant king. Or 0 bombs if you'd rather use healing items. I can imagine losing to red and blue. But not to king ant unless you ignore their summons and let them call in infinite reinforcements, turning it into the 4 ant encounter. And once again one bomb fixes all your problems, and ants only do 1 damage. Also, king is easier solo than statue, but A LOT harder on teams with more than 1 player. This is because freeze only really works against players with only 1 turn available. And king takes longer to defeat cuz of all the time wasting heal/summon moves.

I know nobody asked but here’s my ranking (Not counting banished knight or tutorial Terry, as banished knight is a common enemy, while tutorial Terry is literally a forced loss) #7 and 6, Blue Noob and Red Noob, these are the tutorial bosses. Do you really need help on these? #5 Even Pre-Nerf, these guys are literally just spiky parabeetles from The Thousand Year Door. If you’re not prepared for this guy then yeah it’s annoying but once you know, he’s just a gimmick boss. #4, Noobador, Alongside Red and Blue Noob. This is just Red and Blue Noob except with added support. Doesn’t make the fight much harder. #3, Supreme Ant, I don’t even remember this guy’s existence. But he’s an ant so he’s probably annoying. #2, Cruel King. Whilst being hit by him is more punishing than that of a sentient statue, his timings are relatively lenient and I haven’t fought him a million times in the pit so he isn’t boring and feeling like a slog to go through. #1, Sentient Statue, the statue on its own isn’t what makes this hard, it’s when it becomes a common enemy in the pit, the timing for dodging this guy is slightly awkward and he’s also the first major difficulty spike.

I don’t know how but the hardest boss with me and my two other friends was the supreme ant he was the only one we had to do more then once lol
