@@SteveAndAlexBuild that's the building trade for you 2 good days then a crap day. We use ones that don't have the bracing bars on much easier. We use them all the time but there is some tricks to make it easier. If it's broke there's nothing you can do but moan 😆 🤣

7N conkers external, 3.6 n fibolite internal. Next time it will be double fibolite, they good for 3 stories and the conkers are shite for u value 🤙🏾🧱👍🏽

Amazes me how different councils are allowing different insulation amounts, we’re having to use 90mm t and g cavity celotex now with trays and weeps and bricks on the inside walls are a big no no because of cold spots.

We did get bollocked for the concrete common inside 😬. The walls are insulated outside , cavity and inside 🧱👍🏽

Yep 90mm for us a right pain to fit and price is horrendous. There is a huge argument about it as bringing an extension up to the same standard as a new build is ridiculous when the rest off the house has no insulation. Extensions are going to become to expensive it will be cheaper to move.

@@chupapi3510 Alex is a fully qualified bricklayer . Because we do a lot of small jobs and there isn’t always room for two of us so Alex does all the labouring . We work well together as a team . Al just needs a bit more experience and practice to get his confidence up .🧱👍🏽
