As a homeowner what I appreciated the most of this window into your work is the extent to which you protected the interior of the house from any impact the job could have had on the footpath to and the bathroom itself. These are HUGE details that are of the utmost importance that all service providers should emulate. Thanks for what you do!

Gavin, if anyone would have told me I would enjoy watching drains being cleaned I would have told them they were out of their minds. After watching you in action earlier this year, I was so entertained and fascinated that I went back to your first one and have watched each video you ever made. Fascinated at the fact that we have nothing like that in upstate New York, as we aren’t in a subtropical climate which obviously is extremely wet and drainage systems are necessary. Plus, trees and other foliage grow all year, producing immense root systems. Entertained by your personality and your trade mark routines, such as the tune that plays when the drainmobile is en-route, and especially your little helpers like the toad and the traffic control officer. I’m guessing there has been some legal reason you retired them or something between you and your counterpart in Sydney, as he has also discontinued having the “drain gang” in his videos, which he discontinued about the same time you stopped. I hope you reconsider and bring them out of retirement, as they played a huge and hysterical part in your whole presentation.
