That's a DIY for sure. No licensed plumber would install crap like that. That drain was once an outside thing, but Bubba has built a lean-to granny flat arrangement around it and piped the sink into it.

Ollie, listen: bath sink clogged with a fist of long hair. Only tool: a cable pulling wire with nothing on the ends. The wire keeps piercing through the blockage. Solution: "double barrell", send both ends of the wire through the pipe to push the blockage, worked like a charm!!! Thanks for your wisdom mate!!!!! Cheers from Buenos Aires ;)

Love you videos, Just had to have someone come clear my sewer here at the house, had a rigid seesnake as well, Told me how much it really cost and I about passed out! Those tools are expensive, but well worth it! Helped us locate an exterior boundary trap just like you did in this video.
