Blog Selling in Winter or Fall

Hey everyone.
Dave here again and today on this blog, which is mainly for sellers, I’m going to discuss selling in the late fall, or winter.
0So…the fall market normally starts after the kiddos go back to school in September and people are generally looking to close before Christmas.
The spring market can kick off early, sometimes even as early as mid-January. So…all of you sellers out there.
If you’ve chosen your realtor, which should be us, and you’re months away from a launch date, which might be when the trees have lost their leaves, there might be snow on the ground, and a buyer can’t see the beauty of your home, now is the time to get some preliminary pictures done.
This is important, as a buyer won’t recognize what your property looks like when it’s showing its best. Gardens are in full bloom, the grass is green, manicured and cut, and the pool, if you have one, is crystal clear, giving that buyer an idea of what they will be enjoying during the summer months.
Summer Pictures and videos are great if you plan to move during the late fall and winter months.
