At the time of the imam, hadith was not as easily accessible like now, something to keep in mind. How can we allow something if a hadith explicitly forbids it? Please kindly watch sheikh Assim Al Hakim's answer on youtube on the topic of why some fatwas of Hanafi madhab contradict hadith. @@abidrahman2636 short answer it is a matter of the varying ways to fundamentally understand İslam which we call usul. the argument that abu hanife(ra) couldn't access many hadiths is wrong because there are many examples of Hanafi scholars who dismiss authentic hadith because of the fact that there is a contradiction. there are hadiths that contradicts and there are hadith must be explained in a correct way in order not to become isis. it is a matter of methodology.

It is not simply any sahih hadith without study of all other hadith and their context on the same subject, as well as the statements of the salaf of how THEY understood the hadith. Also to think Abu Hanifa or any of the imams of the madhahib didn’t know a hadith existed is naive. The imams knew many sahih hadith but chose a different opinion for their own reasons based on their level of knowledge, which we cannot come close to. For example imam Malik would prefer to fast on Fridays even though there is a sahih hadith to say it’s not good to, because He saw the ‘ullamah of madina who some were themselves the salaf fasting on Fridays. So in the Maliki school the sunnah of ahlul madina would take precedence over a single sahih hadith. The imams all reasoned and came to their rulings based on sound evidence. To follow any of them is following sunnah. To start picking and choosing without being a mujtahid imam ourselves is a bid’ah. This has never been done in the history of Islam until now…I sincerely advise you to sit with the scholars and ask your concerns and for the evidence on any ruling before you choose your own just because you saw one sahih hadith which seems to mean what you think it does. These people act according to Shafi'i, Hanafi, Maliki or Hanbali fiqh without even realising it:) In our mosques in Turkey, our Shafi brothers and sisters and Hanafi brothers and sisters pray together and each of us follows our fiqh (even though our state is Hanafi). If there was a person who would do separatism and extremism, we would condemn him. Unfortunately, in our country, hadith deniers (i.e. Quranists) cause fitna and do not accept sects, and these people only attack Muslims and increase the number of disbelievers and discourage people from religion. Read, brothers and sisters, the first commandment of Allah is to *_read._*

I just learned that hadith were written by some people that lived 200 years after the Prophet died. Written statements by a human chain. Allah knows best but if it doesn't compliment the Quran it's not something to hold that high. It's wisdom in those stories but it will never be a full rule book like the Quran. Praying is something the Prophet did a lot, so there is no issue about certain things the messenger of Allah used to do because otherwise it would be dissolved in no time. That's why they argue about hadith. It's not a strong foot hold as the Quran.
@fatihozturk78407 ай бұрын
@@VolatileHunter2 the Quran is compiled by the same people after prophets dead. 98% of all hadith are from the approx 100-200 sahabe that were the closest to the prophet p.b.u.h. Our prophet himself did teach students on religious affairs, the reason why it was written after 200 years has less to do with authenticity.

@@786humaira1 Hello. Actually, automatic translation concerns subtitles. If you want to do automatic translation, you have to long-press on the subtitles icon [cc] at the top right of the video interface. Then, the automatic translation option appears, once you have clicked on it, you simply choose the language in which you want the translation to be done. The translation of subtitles is more or less successful depending on the content of the videos. On religious subjects, it is mediocre because several Muslim terms are not necessarily perceptible by tools and computer data. Moreover, the translation of subtitles becomes even more mediocre if the voices are fast. It takes courage to understand and follow well. That's why some include official, well-written subtitles in their videos. It's essential for the understanding of other people who do not necessarily speak the language in which the video is made, like me, who speaks French.

Try to discuss academically the book Minhaj al-Sunnah by Ibn Taymiyyah, which is the most important book in Shiite criticism. I think Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Dimashqiya is the best at discussing this book. The book “The Fundamentals of the Twelver Doctrine” by author Nasser Al-Qaffari is one of the most important books that led to the guidance of one of the famous Shiite sheikhs in Iraq, and it is one of the most famous critical books on the foundations of the Shiite faith. Perhaps discussing these books will help common English-speaking Shiites understand their religion, because many Shiites do not know the origins of their religion, which is contrary to the faith of the Sunnis and the community.

Day by day neo-salafi and wahabi discourse increasing unfortunately may ALLAH help us. Such wrong understandings created only beef and divisio among the ummah and created Isis and similars to it. Imam Abu Hanifa told us that if there's an authentic hadith, we should follow that. Imam Abu Hanifa said a woman can marry without her guardian's permission but according to authentic hadith if a woman marries without permission from her guardian then the marriage is invalid. At the time of the imam, hadith was not as easily accessible like now, something to keep in mind. That is why even though the majority in my country follow Hanafi madhab, I try to follow hadith if I find major contradictions between hadith and madhab. Imam Abu Hanifa is indeed a pious and good Muslim, there's no doubt about it.

What is the condition for becoming imam Abu Hanifa's student, branding his name on our skins? I don't think you opinions would be favoured by the imam himself. It's a matter of sorrow that some madhab followers follow their imams to the point where they neglect authentic hadiths, like some shias blindly follow their imams. Please answer why Abu Hanifa permitted marriage without the woman's guardian whereas authentic hadith explicitly forbids it? As I said, imam Hanifa did not have as easy access to information as we do, so we can't blame him. But we can certainly blame his braindead followers.

@@zeena599 The question of Jurisprudence goes deeper. In my opinion, it's part of Allah Swt's beautiful design for the Ummah. Example, the muslims of Malaysia/Indonesia chose Shafi Jurisprudence because of its leniency for all seafood whereas it doesn't matter for hanafis because most of their countries share land borders. Hanafi and shafi schools are more lenient that's why non Arabs adopted it. Hanbali and Maliki schools are less lenient for rules on wudu, Salah and fasting, that's why the people of the Islamic heartands chose it. There's so many beautiful examples I can give and it would fill volumes. One interpretation doesn't fit all as we are a truly diverse Ummah, Yet we are more united than any other in History. Its important to realise that we never fought any wars over it but accepted it under the umbrella of Islam. Our religion is dynamic and that's why it spread everywhere. The 7 qiraats of the Quran is another example of Allah Swt's beautiful design. Allah knows we have different languages and dialects and the qiraats make it easier to to learn Quran recitation accordingly. I hope this makes sense as I'm not very eloquent at writing.

What are the Hanafi, Hanbali, Maliki, and Shafi'i schools of Islamic law and thought? Why do they matter? Why do they exist 🤔 During the time of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) there were no sects or requirements like Hanafi, Hanbali, Shafi'i, etc.? Any attempt to divide Muslims by imams and sects to weaken Islam must be strongly condemned by those who believe in Allah and His Prophet (SAW). Our Prophet did not teach us about any sects.
