Kerupuk Ikan is the "fish" flavored cracker that Indonesians like. It's mostly tapioca flour, but in this case a slight fish flavor. There is also Kerupuk Udang (shrimp), Kerupuk Bawang (garlic), and plain flavored too, which might be in various colors like blue and green (for the kids...). Also spelled Krupuk or Kroepoek. More importantly, you seem quite relaxed and enjoying your time in Indonesia. Time to find you an Indonesian wife? Wkwkwkwk.

The Mangkuak Badeta has rice flour and not wheat flour, thus the texture.
