How long should hair food sit on your hair? Any side effects?

It can be on as long or as little as you like - I’ve had success applying these for just a few minutes and over night which has left me with amazingly soft hair ☺️

None of the hair food are colour enhancing, I’d recommend something specifically suited to blonde hair to keep it vibrant ☺️
