I agree! Additionally, from a drummer's perspective, his hi-hat sizzle accents are spot on in a similar fashion to "Heart Of Glass". Thats because musically, the great stuff we regard as the 80's went from 77-78 till about 86. Some decent stuff later in the decade, cocteau twins, sugarcubes, pixies, janes addiction, but bubblegum pop/rock ruined great bands (The Cars you might think, magic; Van Halen jump ugghhh) until grunge said screw this pop crap and gave us another 7-8 years of great music.

Saw Blondie in concert in MD in 1978. Managed to get good seats. I swear she was looking at me the whole show. I was in love. After every other song she went backstage and quickly changed her dress and hairstyle. You had to be there. It was amazing.
