I saw this in 1987 with this exact cast, and it was just amazing, the standing ovation went on for ages. We all had tears rolling down our faces. Just Amazing to see live.

Yes, the original cast. I saw it two times in a row in Wolverhampton (England) in 1989. Con O'Neill (Mickey) won the Olivier award. I saw him last week (22 years later?!) in Manchester in Arthur Miller's View from the Bridge - he was great in that too. The songs are so memorable - and Kiki Dee has a lovely voice.
