Thank you very much for such a detailed explanation. It make really easy to understand to general public. I appreciate your effort towards humanity. Sir my father (he is ayurveda Dr.)suffered with mild heart attack an year ago. As per CT angiography his LAD at mid is blocked approximately 80% as per my codiologist he should go for angioplasty but my father was not ready at that time currently he is on Beta Blocker (Telminorm BXL 40/25) and Blood thinner (Ecosprin AV-75) . He also changed his life style habbit and now his LIPID Profile and other blood reports are normal. LVEF is 50-55. He is fine and able to do his all works never felt angina or any other problem again. Whats your opinion on this? He should go for angioplasty or continue with medication?

Sir thank you for the information, wish to highlight 1 point here in India different doctors are prescribing same type of drugs for different disease. So the patient gets overdose of drug. Most of the people coming to govt hospital or even private hospital donot know about drug and there ADR. It would be helpful if doctor can reduce this problem of carefully prescribing medicine to the patient considering all the patient condition

Valvular can take multivitamin but avoid vitamin k supplements.. Pregnancy. Mostly muscular pain hoga. Don't worry. Avoid any medicines as you are pregnant. Mostly koi problem nahi hogi. Just want to ask you Our cardiologist recommend us not to start any psychiatrist medicine when everything is fine echo Ecg tmt.. my cardiologist told me that it's all psychological and it's cardiac anxiety But advised me to not to start psychiatrist medicine.. he said there is no turning back and just relying on excuse when we start psychiatric medicine. . why physician and cardiologist don't want us to go to psychiatrist and start their medicine?

Hello sir, I am 63 years old and I had an massive heart heart attact one and half years back,now I just stopped all madcins ,iam daibatic and a presher patient ,due to kidney may get problems,I have a pain in my back slitly.i could not do any ngografic . because I don't have any money. Sir I am taking ACITROM 3/2 mg alternate and INR results in 2.3 (±0.2) ...but from last week the results are coming 1.5 and dose I took were 4/3 mg and then it came 1.68. Usually whenever I took 4 anyday the result came over 3 but now it's not increasing!
