I actually enjoyed watching this video. I have a final this Saturday, and this will be on it. Our professor doesn't teach us. We teach ourselves so I usually watch Dr. John Campbell's lectures and this guy seems really good.

2nd paragraph you spelled coagulate as 'coaggulate' 🤣 You didn't name the IXa/ VIIIa-VWF/ X (plus Ca++) - the Tenase Complex 😁 Also, isn't it the case that contact factor XII requires the presence of prekallikrein and high molecular weight kininogen to be activated? You should expand on the repair of normal physiological micropunctures in the circulatory system Vs. traumatic punctures and vascular breach. I would also object to the clot at the end. Prothrombin activates thrombin which cleaves fibrinopeptides primarily allowing the resultant fibrin monomers to self assemble into a soluble fibrin polymer. It is the action of factor XIII that then covalently crosslinks the already weakly assembled fibrin strands. I was actually hoping to find more information on the covalent crosslinking of fibrin here, alas, I didn't. Your video cut off too early. I hope you continue and would be grateful if you could offer some insight into fibrin cross-linking. It's the last piece of the puzzle for me 😎
