I read that during 2020 which I'm not sure was the smartest choice. I liked the book a lot. I was a little afraid because the characters seemed so standard issue at first but they got better as the pages turned. Glad you're back reviewing and hope you're on the mend for good this time.

Yes, I agree that a few of the characters were a bit flat. Looking mainly at the two brothers in the pick up. But the girl at the end I could have read a whole book with her! It's so nice not to be constantly coughing.

Just finished this book, I loved it as well. The final two “phases” were extremely interesting
