Ideally BP should be measured in both arms. Normal difference of 10 mmHg of SBP can occur in both arm. Generally10 mmHg of SBP higher in right arm

Formulas give us rough idea about normal Blood Pressure range For 20 months, you can put 1 year age in formulas As we have references values of BP only for age in years. Not in between 1-2 or 2-3. Normal Blood Pressure range is 5-90 th percentile.
