I really like the way you organized your spreadsheet. I remember my father had something similar for his blood pressure. He would take his blood pressure at different times during the day and record the result in a spreadsheet. When he went to the doctor for a check-up he would take a printed copy of his spreadsheet and discuss the results with his doctor. It was a great way for him to keep track of his blood pressure and also helped the doctor in assessing his condition. It is a simple way to maintain your health and look for any changes over a period of time. Excel is a great tool for many things! Really appreciated the video, Kevin! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Kevin! Great tutorial for the spreadsheet. It's great to be able to take documented blood pressure or other medical symptom journals to the doctor's office. I also used Excel a lot at University for statistical analysis for lab reports and my undergraduate thesis. I loved all of the Excel statistical features. I bet newer versions look fairly different though! 😅
