I just bought this. It just arrived today. Super disappointed. The phone holder won’t attach to the screw. The hole in the bottom where the screw is supposed to go in is too big for the screw.

Thank you for watching and for your comment. I have used more than one of these and have several friends using them. Perhaps Could it be that you're not securing the screw dial while attaching the phone holder?

@@kevinkaye it’s not. The screw hole was too big for the screw. It doesn’t grab at all. Whether I’m twisting the dial or trying to twist the actual phone holder on or both. I think it was just a manufacturer defect. Very disappointing. I know the screw is the right size because the GoPro mount screws on easily.

That certainly is disappointing. If purchased from Amazon, you should be able to return or exchange it. Inconvenient, but worth it to either have the money back, or a stand that works well.

@@kevinkaye yep, I returned it and left my one star review on Amazon. I know it was probably just a factory defect not likely to be repeated but I’m looking at other brands now.

lol 😉 Yes. right after I posted the video, someone mentioned that the labels should be "crack and peel". If I had worn my glasses, I probably would have noticed. I haven't used the label maker as much as I thought I might, but still expect to. Thanks for watching and for your comment.

Hi Kevin, thanks for your video. I have a question, can you help me out? Will this tripod be good for taking pictures from above? My need would be placing objects on a table and taking pictures wth my iphone from above. Tilting the iphone so that it is parallel to the table. My concern is, will the tripod legs stand on the way? Did you test this position? Thanks!

Thank you for watching and for your comment. 🙏 You can position the camera parallel to the table, but the legs will be almost certainly in the shot. a slight adjustment could help with that, or an idea is to consider a boom stand.

This is an excellent video. At my age I cant see to read the instructions and need a visual tutorial. One question pulling the stand to its full length is very stiff...I was afraid to pull to hard....or will it get easier to pull as I use it more?

Thank you for watching and for your comment. 🙏 Apparently the TV does not have bluetooth. I recently was able to cast from my iPhone 11 over WiFi via AirPlay which can be added to the TV as an app.

But in taking a video w iPhone on this stand, I don’t see how to move the phone in all directions without shifting the orientation from horizontal to vertical? It appears to me I can do one or the other ( up and down or left to right) which cramps your style when creating a video.

Thank you for watching and for your comment. This device is a stand, which would usually be meant to be still, unless handheld while filming, but a gimbal may be much more suitable for movement. I most often use a gimbal (DJI OS4) on top of this stand.

Thank you for watching and for your comment. Lundy's Lane runs through the city from West to East and can lead toward the tourist area after turning into Victoria Avenue. Many restaurants, motels and attractions can be found sprinkled along the way.

The dial near the top may need to be loosened. Once the legs are in position, you can tighten to keep them stable.
