Mikael Åkerfeldt is an amazing guitarist, singer, songwriter and a very charismatic person, a metal god but I think he's kind of over-polite here and the jokes he says fits better in Opeth gigs...not actually in this kind of death metal. Bloodbath, however, rules and this lineup is really an all-star line-up, that's why I like to watch these.

the guitarist is left handed but plays right handed guitar (like jimi hendrix did), the strings are in order for right handed guitar so he plays chords inverted

No it's normal, i've seen this live and all his accords are inverted and he's always playing in the "1st" string and it's not normal in a music like death metal, take a look to the order of his guitar strings in 3:38
