That "Midnight Walk" brought me back to Mastodon's MV for their song "Asleep in the Deep". Eerie, hand sculpted puppets, black-light paint everywhere, uncanny glowing eyes for no reason and it was awesome. That game may be one to keep an eye on.

30:25 hyrule warriors ran like shit cause it was on the switch. Typically the games run great on other consoles and pc. Definitely worth trying in my DW veteran opinion.

I'm kind of glad that the Soul Reaver 1 & 2 remaster are ps exclusive so that I don't ruin my nostalgia of the games being great by being confronted with it being probably almost unplayably clunky and so edgelord I cringe.

I used to be a big Dynasty Warriors fan around 2012 but I lost interest. What pushed me away the most was the fact the source material 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms' was heavily biased towards Shu, since historically the tale grew in popularity in future post-Shu provinces during political upheaval to criticise the new dynasty, and Shu were twisted into the loving good guys they're portrayed as in the games. This is why Wei are cold-hearted, calculated killer and Wu are short-sighted and selfish, it's to make Shu look like the people's heroes. It explained why Wei and Wu had such a shallow storyline compared to Shu, and it's disappointing because I had this headcanon Wei were misunderstood. But then the Three Kingdoms depicted them as moustache twirling villains who purged villages that weren't completely loyal to the ruler. I couldn't bring myself to replay it.

This horizon game keeps getting pushed by sony. Never met anyone who even played it. It only "sold" well because it came bundled with the console in a lot of stores
