Going back to Bloodborne reminds you that as good as other devs have been getting at making these, From Software still does these games the best as even one of their old games still holds up and is way more polished than the imitators.

There’s just something special about the way fromsoft do these man. To me it’s really the attentions to details, and the subtle but imminent vibe lingering in the environment.

@@squareface8572 One detail that always kinda brings home that point for me is even though how polished I find these games, I can always find new things that takes it one step further. Like after I found that whenever you stop moving on a flight of stairs your character will always try to reshuffle his/her leg position to actually stand on a step. Also; having the same leg behind every time so it makes sense for your character to have max leverage when lunging into an attack. Then while I ran back and forth figuring this out in the Hunter’s Dream I suddenly realized that when I do an attack I create a gust of wind that affects the area around me. Meaning that the Doll’s clothes will blow as being hit by said wind. Not only that, but based on the direction of the attack her clothes will blow accordingly.

Going to the broken dungeon for free runes and using them all on heals is a pretty great idea imo. It doesn't break tthe game, just eliminates some grinding and leaves more time for recording actual gameplay. Absolutely sick ending. I can't wait until you see the Amygdalas everywhere and realize they were always around.

"That was a summoning jutsu?" While it's not exactly the same attack the Shadows of Yharnam use, there is an item you can get that is similar and summons a huge snake for a second out of the ground to bite your opponents called Madara's Whistle.

The ending turn around covered in blood is both bad ass and hilarious. I think every bb player knows that feeling of going back and absolutely massacre that group. I personally respawned them a few times just to get it out of my system. Love the vids !!!

The witch of Heimwick grab attack actually take your eyeball. If you look closer at her cloak it's cover with eyeballs. By the way you should join the league of buckethead. The more invaders you kill the more item he gave you, even NPC invaders count. Like he will give you a Madara whistle that summon a big serpent and his cane and costume, greetings. For the shadow of Yharnam when they are left with one member and they keep summoning the giant snake, you can stunlock them out with your giant blade form to stop the summoning. You will soon encounter alien like monsters that will be weak to electric paper. Better save those electric paper. Note if a creature have tentacles or slimy, they are weak to Electric. Best weapon are in the DLC, you can unlock the DLC halfway through the game which is pretty soon. Yes, there is a Moonlight greatsword in the game and 2 Katana variant.

Loving the vids man..subbed def..one heads up is if you ever enter a boss room and are like "not right now" you can exit the game and then go back into thr game and itll start you outside the boss fog..for desperate times

The conversation you watched in the cutscene was a memory of the first vicar, Lawrence. He’s bidding his master farewell, setting in motion the creation of the healing church. Master Willem gives caution to the pursuit of the Old blood and its recorded ties to the beast hood and suffering of those who came before. He understands that the blood is necessary, but it is not the answer. He says “Our eyes have yet to open.” The blood is important, but the lining of one’s skull with eyes so that they could commune with the old gods was even more so. They even went so far as succeeding in creating a great one. From there both beast and god collide into the shit show you see from the beginning.

back when game came out someone wrote a whole book about the lore and story. Then later someone recorded an audio book of it that you can find on KZbin. It's named The paleblood Hunt and is 5 and a half hour long. It's amazingly good and I listen to it when I'm trying to sleep. Highly recommend for anyone who has a hard time falling asleep.

I skipped the chalice dungeons on my first playthrough. On subsequent plays, it became some of my favorite content. The challenge and exploration is wild. Also happens to be the way to get the best blood gems in the game so win win.

A little late, but I'm here now let's see how this video goes. 4:07 You can't parry large beasts, but you can for smaller one's and hunter's. 5:44 My sweet summer child... 9:22 It's because these game's don't hold your hand like Elden Ring does at point's. 11:30 Indeed you were not aggressive enough. 12:22 Pog visceral. 12:46 Doesn't know it's a dead end with a useful tool. 12:58 Pog dungeon. (People mainly use it and other code dungeons for item's) 13:06 Pog Blood Echoes. (Remember that you can use Bold Hunter's Marks to turn this into a farm if you want to buy armour, weapons, and items in bulk.) 13:10 Remember that it's ok to use it for a few levels if you are to under leveled (the grind can be rough sometimes). Just don't over level as that can mess up your first playthrough experience. 13:24 Now knows it's a dead end with a useful tool. 13:28 You can now use Runes. They are passives that give you different bonuses. My favorite one's are more money (Tier 1 Moon 10%) [Darkbeast Paarl's area of the map], More Money (Tier 2 Moon 20%), and MORE MONEY (Tier 3 Moon 30%). Also yes they do stack. (Multiplicatively I might add, so it would work out like this... 110% x 120% x 130% so it's quite the boost to line your coffer with) 14:23 Pog vibe check. 20:54 Pog last fight. Great video just like the other one's. A few more notes, your insight is also a currency that you can buy stuff with. I would recommend buying more fire/bolt paper (with Blood Echoes). You have the needed badges as you've beaten Darkbeast Paarl for the Spark Hunter Badge and collected the Radiant Sword Hunter Badge for Ludwig's Holy Blade. You'd just need to run the cummmfpk dungeon a few times to get the money to buy them in bulk. I saw you liked the damage they did so I thought I'd tell ya you can buy a whole lot of them with the dungeon. For my final note this video don't forget about the Beast Blood Pellets, like I pointed out they increase your damage the higher your beast meter goes (simply put, attack the boss to build it up) after consuming one of them for a limited time (usually longer than the boss fight). Either way loved the video, hope to see more to come.

The higher your insight the more hidden things you see and the greater the effect of frenzy. Also you can spend insight in the fountain behind the workshop

Listen, Bloodborne is a gold mine on twitch/youtube. Every time someone plays it for their 1st time, a lot of people clicks instantly just to experience the streamers experience which honestly, is the same experience we all had the 1st time we played. If this isnt a reason why FromSoft should make a 60fps remaster then idk mann.. idk 😢 Loving the gameplay videos btw!

You'll be happy to know that there is a black death metal band called Soulmass whose albums are (mostly) based on FromSoft games! Their debut album, Despairing Fates, was based on Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and Dark Souls II. Second album, Weakness of Virtue, was based on the Dark Souls trilogy. Their two EPs, Eidolon and Selling Rubicon By The Pound, are respectively based on Final Fantasy and Armoured Core. And their latest full album, Let Us Pray, is (you guessed it) based on Bloodborne! They've also confirmed that they're working on an Elden Ring album. Recommended songs are Chronicles of the Abysswalker, Sword & Hammer, Below the Lake, and To Paint a New World.

Bloodborne enemy staggers come in two forms, Human sized = parry, not human sized = break limbs. Limb breaks are your friend. Edit: Also he's not a Tech Priest, he's a snek priest.

Don't know how much you've recorded already but anyway. My tip is that you complete the main game first so you don't get too high level by doing the DLC before the final boss(es). Do the DLC in NG+ instead for a bigger challenge since you seem pretty good at the game already. You just have to go through the first parts of the game. After Amelia I think you can access it. Beat Gascoigne, buy the emblem for 10k that opens the gate to the Cathedral plaza and defeat Amelia. Quick and easy! If you want to do the premade chalice dungeons with some unique bosses you can do them in NG+ as well, they don't change in difficulty there. But the first ones will be very easy when you're high level. Maybe do them with an unupgraded weapon. 🙂👍

That guy's weapon at beginning was glowing because your insight is so high. You don't have to pop your madman's knowledge it makes the game harder lol. If you want to see everything you do have to use your insight like at level 40 you can see a lot of things that were invisible before. It's such a cool mechanic because you can't see the true world unless you've gone mad enough throughout the hunt.

Huh...I never used the Chalice Dungeons before because I played the game completely blind. It was only after I defeated the last boss I look up in the internet but only to get the armor set of the Hunter shown in the posters. Also, to get more understanding of the lore and story lol. At this point, you already get the basics so now we're entering the advanced level. Things will only get crazy from now on

"Darkbeast prepared me for the worst in this game" me : (thinks about Logarius, Gramps (no spoil) and Lawrence in the DLC) ............. you are so NOT prepared ^^'. Ho and I know it's probably too late but man spend your insight (the eye points there) the more you have the more difficult the game becomes ^^' you can spend them in the dream (from the inside of the house, you have some open window/door leading to a platform with a birdbath where messengers will sell things...Including Gascoigne's drip ;) ). The League is a good group to join (storywise it doesn't change anything it just gives you a rune and unlock some summoning for boss fights .... I thank every god above and below for Valtr against Lawrence)

I've beaten Bloodborne 3 times already. Playing it again right now. Health is 60 plus. Shooting weapons are a 9 out of ten. Hint. When your enemies raise up, shoot first, then go for the versacle kill 😊 Keep your character moving. Don't stop until your fight is over.

I dislike how everyone new to bloodborne just gets told to use Ludwig's and they go for it. Sure it is the best weapon in the game for just pure damage but i dunno. It feels like it would be like getting Rivers of Blood in elden ring at hour 2 and just cheesing the whole thing after that.

Dude i have a quick tip for you.if you get hit during dodging you will receive plus damage.so sometimes its better to stay in there and takea hit like a man and try to life steal it.

Good of you not to use the chalice dungeon exploit to farm levels. It would seriously ruin your playthrough. That said, if you like killing unique bosses and horror experiences, you might enjoy chalice dungeons.

@@squareface8572 I'm pretty sure you can farm the best gems in game off those weird brain things that build up frenzy in you, late game...... Also you should check out the blades of mercy, kill Eileen the crow to get them earlyish... Different playstyle, really fast attacks... I remember taking half of Roms health bar off in one combo/stamina bar....
