That is why they Should focus on it, Since it is not an easy game to emulate from scratch AT ALL.

@@SomeDudeOutThereInTheWorld back in the 90s when fromsoft was first developing elden ring, there was a make a wish kid that asked to be able to play it. he died one hundred times to tree sentinel (back then he was called gwyn lord of cinder), and called the game dogshit. when miyazaki went on to make armored core 4 answer, the succesor to elden ring, he remembered how much of a dick the kid was and decided to add him so that everyone would share his pain. after that he just kept showing up in the games no matter how hard they tried to remove him, like herobrine in minecraft.

@@SultanxD Fax tho, a day later and I see I can actually hear foot steps and the character isn't all black as well as hearing rolling audio and enemy audio now and when shooting / attacking I hear audio and the lighting seems better in places WOW IM BAKED AND CANT BELIEVE WE'RE ALREADY HERE. No thanks to Sony lol. 😂

You leave alone the bigger thing, not the smaller one. In this case, the progress in the past few weeks has evidently been much bigger, so this is what should be left alone. Aka, don’t even mention it because it’s so great.

It seems like you do not understand how github works 1 Dev could work on these bloodborne hacks while the others work simultaneously on the emulator that's what so called "branches" are for, so that you can develop your feature in peace even if the main project gets updated.

Shadows, lighting in interiors,exteriors and on characters, effects, blood splatter on walls and on characters, some cape physics are broken and some shaders are missing or bugged. Let's be more realistic.

@@araxyzmorningstar2854 Judging by how fast development is, 1 year is overstatement. We would probably have fully playable version out till the end of year. Today is September 2, Then there is October, Then November and then December. And, Not to forget: A month ago, We only had red tinted starting page before game crashed. This is significantly huge progress. This much development in a month is actually very impressive, now imagine how it would be by the end of 2024.

Remember, Bloodborne emulation atm is full of hacks, they introduce latency, less emulation accuracy and stability problems. It WILL be years with an s before we have an accurate and perfect emulation, but it will probably be playable well before that, with hacks and patches.

@@arkelole its not that big of a deal, getting stuff to run is highest priority right now. Memory leaks are easy to fix for experienced devs, and lets be honest if they are capable of writing a whole emulator, they are most definitely able to fix memory leaks (especially since creating such an emulator requires very good knowledge of how memory works anyways)

as far as i know, the audio is perfect except for one thing. gascoignes theme doesnt change when he enters phase 2. once that gets fixed, the audio should be just right.

It remains unstable; the graphics have improved, but we still need to maintain those FPS at 60 or maximum. Honestly, I understand the complexity of emulators and their limitations, but I know that something can be achieved.
