Finally guys vertex explosion got fixed i played for 1 hours while using this new mod and had no issues!!!
The mods i use are this:

ryzen 5 5600x
16GB ram ddr4 3000 mhz
gpu msi ventus 3x 4060 ti 16 gb vram
motherboard B450M plus II
the game is on ssd

Note that this is NOT a 'fix' as such and does NOT completely eliminate all vertex explosions, it's also only a temporary workaround. Thanks to the modder for doing this as it'll be very useful until the vertex explosions are properly understood and fixed in the emulator code. Also, as it states in the details for the mod: "It was observed that the vast majority of the frequent vertex explosions on Bloodborne using the shadPS4 emulator occur in player or npc faces. This mod removes files for the Facegen middleware that the game uses for face customization; as this appears to be the main source of the data corruption causing these explosions. Without Facegen, face customization cannot work, and player characters will thus always have the exact same face with this mod. Note that vertex explosions can still happen rarely since not all of them are related to Facegen. There is no known fix for these other explosions as their actual root cause is not yet fully understood."

What resolution are running by chance or what patch are you using by chance? I noticed if I tried the 1440p patch I got like 10-20 fps at best on my laptop but so far the 920p patch has been working pretty well with the mods you listed here all except for the bloodborne enhanced one.

@@erikvasquez9997 im playing on 1080p so no resolution patch, just the native resolution of the game

@@erikvasquez9997 the patch i use are: skip intro, disable motion Blur, disable chromatic and 60 fps deltatime

Do you use mod loader or just straight putting the mod on your game folder?

@@davide20204 what cusa version you use? I seem cant get the sfx mod to working . The lighting and the candle still broken, the other mod works fine though

as you can see i've done a lot of teleports at the end and no vertex happened!
