Illumi is actually a top character imo. He is the best all around character that has all the tools he needs, albeit some of them could be a bit better. His flashstep and tp behind moves need a better buff because they really dont do what they are supposed to. Flashstep needs a hitbox buff or make it easier to aim. Its so wierd that it moves your character forward and tp's their hitbox back afterward. You get behind them, but then you gotta rotate your character to the right angle so you can capitalize off it, which 9/10 times you wont be able to do, especially with his form's tp not stunning the enemy. Lemillion just needs a fat nerf all around. There is 0 flaws to his kit. He can go under the map for invincibility, and he can instantly cancel for an instant guard break. His gatling takes 45%+ hp on hit. Also phantom crush is blockable when he's not in permeation atleast I think so, but when he goes into it, it goes through block no matter what direction you turn, or how far you are from him which is busted.

Tips: Use ur dash more and dont use it just to dash at them you can try and get away fron attacks to Im like 2/4 of the vid but you can use dash 3 times before it goes on cool down in?awakening When you use poke stop hitting left click and actually time it so your m1 resets instead of knocking them back with your m1s you?can also use flash kick after usinng 4 m1s after poke In awakening i suggest using hm? Into needle barrage into blood lust And use ur dash as much as possible its very useful also in base needles cannot miss unless they are across the map so use it if they off guard

Imo, they should change the way Illumi’s 3 works in both base and awakening. In base, its a really strange working dash guardbreak thats disorientating. In his awakening, it doesnt guardbreak, do damage, or do anything else other than move you around which also disorientates you and doesnt even put you directly next to your opponent so you can’t use it to get into an m1 combo

The reason needles does so little damage is because it never misses. They can block it but if they don’t all 3 needles will always hit, unless you’re too far away

You can dash multiple times in awakening, it looks like it's on cooldown but it's not. You can use it I think 3 times. Edit: Also his needles almost never miss and it have a pretty long range, like ALOT.

Ok so there's something you didn't realize with poke. It only knockbacks if you did an m1 before using it so it doesn't make a super long OP combo. What you want to do is use poke THEN m1 slam so you do more damage then you would with m1 then poke
