The funny thing is, this game has legit competitive potential. Guard cancels, Metered specials, fuzzies, mixups, different tech options, flashy combos, it had it all. It was just released when most of us were kids so we didnt really play it to the highest possible level. If Arcsys took this formula and improved on it, we could see another bleach game in the future.

The game being a DS exclusive didn't help either. Treasure can make pretty solid fighters, Rakugaki Showtime and their YYH fighter are proof. Would kill for French Bread to get their hands on Bleach and make a Melty/UNi style Bleach game.

Dude I'm hoping somebody picks up the license to make a new Bleach game when the anime comes back. But man I hope it's not Namco Bandai or else we will get yet another generic anime 3D arena fighter. I want it to be like a traditional fighting game like DBZ Fighterz.

6:28 I loved Ukitake's moveset in this game. Wish he actually had/showed powers like these in the actual series. He's implied to be on par with KYORAKU so I highly doubt that his shikai can ONLY absorb and redirect attacks

I would KILL for a new Bleach fighting game made by Arcs System Works in the same vein as Dragon Ball FighterZ. Seriously, imagine stuff like, Ichigo and Ulquiorra having a specific dramatic finish if you had them fight atop the Canopy of Las Noches, and other stuff like that.
