Just realized that I've been Travis picking wrong for 20 years. I've always hit the G right after the initial pluck, not the D. It's always sounded a bit off. Man you're awesome, thanks for showing us the WAY!!!!!!!!!

Travis picking doesn't have one right way... its multiple patterns with your thumb taking care of the first 3 strings and your other fingers onthe bottom three

@grandjunctionguy watch some live videos, it's just his thumb taking care of the top three and pointer, middle, and ring doing the rest. It's not controversial to say he was talented, Travis picking is a style not a pattern

I would’ve loved the playthrough at the end - feel like it would help with practicing. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Stuart/this style because of its quirkiness, so I can’t be upset about the skipped final playthrough. Perhaps you can make another, seperate video playingthrough (also preserving the integrity of this one)
