The government (multiple states and central governments) will wake up only when the business is affected by the air pollution. Kids of poor and billionaires are effected to similar extent (air purifiers won't save in the long run) and people need to wake up and understand that the value of their votes. Choose the one who talk about the development & cleaning air and not people who sell freebies!
