Comments: Among all, the vision of Viksit Bharat is the most important. But India as on date is far far behind than developed countries. Unless there are concrete time bound plans and their serious implementation is ensured, this vision becoming a reality shall not be possible. Every govt dept be directed to issue plans to compare their products/ services/ procedures etc, with their counterparts of developed countries and issue targets for coming at par with developed countries. CEOs/ Ministers going abroad on official visits be asked to bring 3-4 new points for implementing in their areas in India. R&D be the top priority and be encouraged at all levels. Suggestion scheme be a must in every dept and good suggestions be implemented asap and be suitably awarded. Email I’d be a must of every officer and politician and it be tried to use email as much as possible to finish the works. Paperless working be targeted and monitored to enhance transparency and speed of work. Wages be made as per performance to the extent possible as is the culture in developed countries.
