BloomChic items look lovely but most of their pieces are polyester or another non breathable fabric. I must wear cotton or cotton blends or my eczema flares badly. I told BloomChic they need to make more pieces with breathable fabrics and they acknowledged the need for them. I will gladly order from them if they make more cotton items. Rayon breathes but it shrinks and gets misshapen very easily.

Thank you for the useful tips on how the Bloomchic shopping experience works. I've been looking and some of these type of sites seem more than a little confusing. Particularly Shein. Bloomchic seems more simple. What would happen if I had a problem with items is what concerns me and makes me hesitant to make a purchase even though I very much like a lot of their pieces. Myself, I am currently in an unpleasant situation with a site called Yours in the UK. I made a large order and six of the items were horrendous quality. Really thin, nasty slick or scratchy feeling pieces and a ridiculous size 22-24(US) bralette/shaper that was only 26 inches all around which nearly crushed my torso. I know they're supposed to stretch but not by 200 percent, surely. It said made in China 3x on the label. It was teeny. Upon attempting to print a return label, their system refuses to recognise their own order number. Now I have to chase their customer services department who have a really bad reputation on review websites. It has really put me off ordering online.

I see alot of hauls for that brand but I'm not familiar with them. Some years ago, I ordered from a brand called Roolee, for the first time. Their size chart was way way off, by 8-10 inches!! They refused to take the return because, I quote, "the size chart is estimated, not exact" I have never been so angry in my life 🤭 I completely understand the frustration, 100%

A beautiful haul! I'm going to get that ditsy floral dress in black...just love it, especially the laced front that gives one choices in the neckline, I love that by cinching them you get a sweetheart neckline. I have only returned with them once, it was a while back so it may have changed since then. They offered a 50% refund and I could keep the items (which I am not a fan of) or send them back for full refund. I sent them back with no problems. Took about 2 weeks for my refund. 💕
