This is the busiest time of year for those who are growing fruits, veggies and flowers. Sowing seeds and transplanting is in full flow.
Slugs
This is a terrible year for slugs - they are everywhere. Have given this a lot of thought and have spoken to several people in the community concerning their own slug experiences. I will share this in the next update.
Education
Study Immune Health above all. One you understand the role of the immune system, you will spend less time worrying about different diseases, vax or no vax.... FOCUS on how the immune system works.
The man who has the most profound knowledge in this area is the Scientist and Molecular Systems Biologist Dr Shiva Ayyadurai. @drvashiva He has scores of videos educating the public on immune health. I have shared an excellent video below which he released in 2020 . I used all his protocols as well as my own experiential knowledge at that time, to help friends and family deal with the awful symptoms of that flu and stengthen the immune system.
