Blooming Brioche KAL: Stage 1 - Roots, Seeds & Bulbs

Finally the first stage of the pattern is published!!
I'm sure some of you thought it would never happen, but here it is. The first stage of the Blooming Brioche KAL is all about strong foundations. You can't grow flowers without planting them first, so this week we are starting out with Roots, Seeds, and Bulbs. Immediately, you'll notice some easy techniques, and some harder ones. I also love how the Bulbs section turned out. As you repeat the Bulbs, pay attention to your yarn usage and count the number of times you've worked through the instructions. Refer to the info in your pattern or to the yarn guide video if you have size/repeat questions.

Thank you! It was great to have the opportunity to work with bluprint / craftsy on the Stacked Stitch class. We worked hard to fit in as much info as possible. I hope to work with them again sometime on other topics - they seem to have brioche covered, but I have some other ideas.

Hello, I've completed the first repeat of the Bulbs section. I'm a little confused about what to do with the extra stitches and the markers in Row 1 on the 2nd repeat. I have more than 8 stitches in the Right End of Row 1 (RS LC) on the 2nd repeat, so how do I work those stitches and do I need to replace the marker, or move the current marker back to being after 8 stitches? Thanks for any help!
