Those are lovely cacti. I have not stopped plant shopping at all. Well, slowed down a bit because it was winter in Wisconsin and there were a few months our Walmart had no plants. I bought a pitcher plant and an inch worm plant today at a locally owned plant store.

So disappointed I decided to order $200 of product after this review since they offered 1-2 day express shipping only to find out a week later that they do not any express shipping their site lies and the owners will not compensate for their false advertising.

Your comment is a bit confusing, do you mean it took over a week for them to process your order and ship, or that shipping itself took a week ? Some places take several days to 2 weeks to process an order, but the shipping time should be 1-3 days if priority mail ( or 1 day express delivery) . Please tell me they didn't have plants in the mail for a week.

You then initiated a chargeback on your order AFTER receiving the plants without providing any pictures or communication on your part. You're a crook, stealing from a mom and pop shop thats trying to spread the cactus love . I hope you enjoy the 200$ of plants you got from us, for free.

The language used for the free shipping indeed seems as regular 3 day USPS priority would be available with the term "ground shipping free at over $35 , but that is basically 1st class (regular) shipping but with a tracking number included. We have to pay separately for USPS Priory mail with this company. (You'll see the shipping option in the Etsy store. Usually when shops say free shipping after blah blah blah it's almost always priority, especially with orders over $100.
