18:49 I made a mistake in the way I explained how players will acquire crafting tokens. It seems like it will be possible to acquire them through PVP, not just through PVE. Here is the full quote missing from the video: "Crafting cards will require tokens of a specific type related to the card you want to craft. You'll get these tokens from completing quests, achievements, playing games etc. They won't be related to what deck you are playing, so you won't have to play a specific style/class etc. to get specific tokens. We'll also be launching with a valuable universal token currency that can fill in for any other currency to craft cards with." A few times in the article, the in-app-purchase PVE content was mentioned in the same breath as the token, hence my mistake. Thanks to @LifelessVeemo for pointing this out.

Looking at the Prince of Darkness card here, it's very expensive for something that encourages a more swarmy offense. However, because the "embiggen" activates every turn, that means slower (+ probably bigger) bloons get more value from it. So, I see it particularly being good with Ceramic and Rainbow Bloon cards, which both can send multiple tankier bloons. It'll be interesting to see how well PoD will do, cause it looks pretty specific in its use cases.

6 heroes are probably gonna be Quincy, Gwen, Striker Jones, Obyn, Cpt Churchill and Benjamin. like in BTD6 and BTDB2. Striker has a stun attack which will be interesting in the game Obyn's passive might be a slow which would be really cool Ben passively makes money in BTD6 and BTDB2 so that is also really exciting to see how it gets implemented into the game!

18:49 Just a note on the crafting system, I think you slightly misunderstood answers. They mentioned that there will be PvE exclusive content (DLC) that can be bought through IAP, which will come with rewards, some of which will presumably help with progression, but they never said progression tokens could only be earned through PvE. I’m pretty sure the implication is that you will earn these tokens through playing the game at any capacity, even PvP, as this is how their multiplayer games worked in the past. Great video summarising the gargantuan amount of info, and I can’t wait to see the growth of your channel with the release of the game! ❤

The cardstorm happening to the second player first I think will have a much bigger advantage on higher level play, ESPECIALLY to games that go oate (which wasn’t too possible using the given decks) I disagree that changing the health values is a cheap way to balance. I think that it can be, and if you modify each by only a few points then it is cheap. But if you say have one hero with a very small amount of health, but great control/offence then I think that’s pretty interesting (you can have heroes with more health but are bad/slow, but that’s much harder to do) Mandatory PVE card grinding sounds awful. Especially with the current AI. I mostly like PVP fighting and really hope I can earn cards from that. I really hope they didn’t kill the game on launch like they did with BTD battles 2

I disagree with you about health totals especially if there are burn cards, it would be too easy to kill some heroes and too hard to kill others. I totally agree with you about how boring grinding PvE sounds, I hope it's more like daily challenges that can be completed in both PvP and PvE. I plan on addressing this when I make a video criticizing the game's current AI
