If I had to guess, probably something to do with wanting to record the album @ 45rpm (for sound quality) and marketing from the label (they did the same thing for the last Perturbator album as well)... Just a guess...

I agree with Webbley. Both this album and The Uncanny Valley by Perturbator, hell, most of Perturbator's albums, have a story and a theme to them. I doubt Reign in Hell and Sacrament would've fit the theme, and the rest of the songs don't entirely fit what I think GosT was going for.

"worse than" is a little harsh, but I do agree on both accounts. It's rare that the leftovers turn out to be more enjoyable than the full LP.

I feel like Non Paradisi, while still good, was kind of a departure from what most of us expected from GosT and Non Paradisi, especially with Maleficarum being the teaser. However, I still like the fact that Non Paradisi was made because it's a really cool concept and, even if it's not the best listening experience, it still tells the story of Lucifer's falling from Heaven and rising from the lake of fire very well, which was the mission of the album.

Agreed, thus far I found Behemoth to be more intriguing vs Non Paradisi. It was an excellent album.
