@@Wissle Well that explains it, I don't really keep up with the comics as much. I've read a couple of the earlier made ones, then I just kinda stopped altogether. I just can't really get the same investment as I do watching an actual fully animated episode.

I am exactly the same. I read quite a few of the early ones, some 50ish or so, and then for some reason didn't continue. I will remedy this once S9 ends, though. I need a pony fix in that following drought
