Love this! Guy never ceases to surprise. His orchestral scoring related education work is similarly funny, and amazing!

He does tutorial videos on You Tube on how to play the piano and making music. I've been watching some recently, then I just thought I'd look up about him, just on the off chance he might be related to Cliff Michelmore who did holiday programmes and I was surprised to see that's his father. I remember this blooper on programmes too, but I never knew it was him till now.

Ah. I think I vaguely remember him having one or two kids when he lived next door to me - it was in Acton.

Really? He handled the mishap with such a good attitude and great humour. Others would have freaked out, but Guy kept his cool and was a real pro (after spilling his drink). Looks like a nice man.

Guy, bit late to this one. Thank you for your wonderful music videos - you have inspired me to make music. I remember this handsome chap, (I’m very old) I truly did not connect the dots… I loved your stuff on the BBC, I was working there at probably the same time but in radio. I did the same thing with a can of coke and my handwritten notes were almost unreadable. Rather stressful but at least you couldn’t see me panicking! (Also huge admirer of your equally brilliant mum and dad.)

This was seen on many blooper shows here in the States (including Dick Clark’s, of course).

How did he keep it together after that ? Most people would have corpsed I’d guess. I’m also a. Fan of his music theory videos and have bought the Thinkspace Learn Music Theory course.
