*Link’s Journal: Day 11* The King of Red Lions received news that the entirety of the Forsaken Fortress has been abandoned. Not a single soul of Ganon’s army remains there, which means they’re likely regrouping to launch a full scale attack on a single location. Worst case scenario is that he’s somehow found -Tetr- Zelda, and is planning on getting her Triforce soon. In light of this, I voiced my own concerns about whether or not the fully powered Master Sword would be enough to actually put down Ganon for good. The King of Red Lions had an idea, though it’s a bit of a long shot. We’re gonna need all the help we can get. Now that I have physical proof of what we’re looking for, I can explain the King’s plan: Find the 3rd Triforce, that once belonged to the Hero of Time, though he didn’t utilize its power at the time. When the Hero of Time left Hyrule, his Triforce of Courage separated into 8 pieces and scattered across the land, which means they remain within the Great Sea to this day. The proof I hold now is an ancient map that could indicate where they are, though even the King wasn’t able to read it due to it being encrypted with some kind of cipher. My search for a possible codebreaker to the map led me back to the one man I hoped never to meet again: Tingle, the strange man I broke out of jail at Windfall Island last week. He was able to decipher it, didn’t even ask what it was or why I needed it deciphered, though he charged me such an exorbitant amount of money that I’m glad the map had all the Triforce shards located on it. The shards themselves seem to have moved around a bit since the map was written, however, since I managed to come across some of them on dry land despite many of them being underwater like the King and I expected. After all of this, we’re still missing one piece, and we no longer have the luxury of daylight to assist our dredgings and hunting… Knowing that some of the Triforce shards had washed up on land, I decided to ask if anyone had seen anything matching their description, and one thing stood out as the greatest possible location for the missing piece: A mysterious ghost ship that drifts across the Great Sea, snagging various treasures, and people, in its wake. It turns out those stories were true, since we managed to find that ship not long after night fell. The ship itself was completely empty with the exception of a lone chest in the hold belowdecks, containing a shard of the Triforce of Courage. I had no intention of staying in the ghost ship any longer than needed, so I booked it out of there the moment I got the last shard. The moment I jumped off the ship’s deck, it vanished into mist. If I never come across that ship again for the rest of my life, it’d be far too soon… When the Triforce shards were put together, they fused together into a solid piece, a golden triangle just like the one given to Tetra (the name Zelda just doesn’t feel right for her). Upon reaching the Tower of the Gods, the gate to Hyrule opened, and the Triforce of Courage disappeared. I was about to panic, thinking it’d fallen overboard, when the King of Red Lions discovered its new location: Embedded within me, manifesting as a dull glowing trio of triangles on the back of my sword hand, one shining brighter than the others. He said this was a sign that I was a true hero, even proclaiming me as the “Hero of Winds” for my use of the Wind Waker during my long sea voyages to get to this point…

*Link’s Journal: Day 12* Just as we feared, Ganon and his army has laid waste to Hyrule Castle and taken Tetra to be sacrificed for her piece of the Triforce. I managed to track their movements to a nearby tower, which seems to be Ganondorf’s current base of operations, and is probably where he has Tetra. I hardly had any thoughts in my mind as I rushed through the tower, and the legions that lay within, with the only exception being a small chest hidden inside a secret chamber that apparently hadn’t been discovered by the army. The chest contained a quiver of golden arrows that emanated a bright light similar to that of the Master Sword, but slightly harsher. I have a feeling this could be a useful weapon against Ganon, especially since I ran into the same unfamiliar guard I’d encountered at the Forsaken Fortress and a single shot from one of the gold arrows instantly vaporized him in a blinding flash of light. Ganondorf was keeping Tetra in a peculiar chamber, more like a purposeful arena than any kind of prison cell, which was massive in size yet contained nothing but a single curtained bed in the center, and ankle deep water all throughout. He was in there with her, and the moment I stepped close to the central bed, he began to talk about how the Old Gods had abandoned Hyrule and its people to be reduced to a few small islands hardly inhabited by anyone, and barely able to survive within the vastness of the Great Sea… If he’d told me that when I first encountered him, just last week, I probably would’ve agreed with him. But a lot can happen in a week, and a person’s mindset can change a bit depending on their own experiences. Of course, I couldn’t quite express that to Ganon personally, since he decided to unleash a massive stringed monstrosity upon me after his little speech. Taking it down wasn’t a problem, a few of the golden arrows assured that, until the abomination started to morph into different shapes to attack in a multitude of ways: First as a towering Moblin, then as a spider, and finally a serpent. After finally disposing of the oversized puppet, Ganondorf ascended the tower further, a limp Tetra in his arms. I just hope I’m not too late… When I reached the top of the tower, Ganondorf was just standing there, with Tetra on the floor next to him, waiting for me again. He started talking about his homeland: A place that held no water, was burned by the sun by day, and froze over by night. I don’t even want to think about a place like that existing, but he claims that his reason for invading Hyrule was simple jealousy. After that, Ganondorf explained that he was waiting to get all 3 Triforces together, so that he could obtain the full power of the Old Gods. I learned the hard way how he planned to get the Triforce of Courage from me, and although it felt like a cannon was fired at me, he specified that he didn’t plan to kill me, so that must mean Tetra’s alive, at least. In fact, all that happened was the Triforces each emerged from our bodies and joined into a single object above us, which then lowered itself towards Ganon for his wish. Then my boat had to come and ruin everything for Ganondorf. The King of Hyrule managed to reach the combined Triforces before Ganon, and made a wish to completely flood the undersea kingdom, leaving me and Tetra to survive the coming deluge. After that, the Triforces each floated off into the heavens, and the rain began, and Ganondorf lost everything he had to lose. He proclaimed the King’s wish to be idiotic, Tetra heard this and woke up just to call Ganondorf a lunatic. Ganon then turned to us with a look of complete feral madness in his eyes, drew his swords, and charged us. Tetra and I were only just able to move out of the way, during which she was able to toss me the Master Sword (I hadn’t even realized I lost it), and I gave her my bow and the golden arrows so we weren’t sitting ducks for the massive man-shaped beast. During the 2-on-1 duel, Ganon talked about how he’d once conquered Hyrule, but was foiled by Zelda the Farseer, the Ancient Six Sages, and the Hero of Time. I told him that those who live in the past are doomed to be left behind by the future, and that that future was now. Tetra then looked me in the eye, pointed a golden arrow to her arm, and everything fell into place for us. I raised my shining shield to Ganondorf, Tetra’s aim was true, the force of the arrow shattered my shield arm, but its effect kept him in place long enough for me to take the final shot. My instincts took over from there, and before I could fully comprehend the longest ten seconds of my life, I found myself atop Ganondorf’s shoulders, the Master Sword buried hilt-deep into his forehead. He simply noted that the wind was blowing, and turned to stone before my eyes. Despite our best efforts, neither me nor Tetra were able to convince the King to return with us. In the end, the only thing that could be done was to make a promise to the Last King of Hyrule: To find a new land for our people, and found a new kingdom greater than Hyrule. With that last royal decree, the King of Red Lions surrendered himself to the crashing waves… Tetra and I awoke treading water, and the first thing I noticed was that she finally lost that outlandish getup. She was no longer the princess of some long-lost kingdom, but the captain of the pirate ship Hylia-Madas, and seeing that made me more happy than anything else in my life. It wasn’t long before we were found by Komali, with the Hylia-Madas not far behind. Onboard, there were a couple extra guests: Medli and Makar had apparently joined in the search effort after Tetra and I both vanished. The captain and I then spent the rest of the day explaining to everyone, to the best of our ability, what the actual hell was going on for the past two weeks. Somehow, the debrief managed to be more tiring than fighting a raging madman twice my size to the death…

*Link’s Journal: Day 30* The preparations have been made, our course has been charted, and the winds are in our favor. Everything has been set for us to begin our search for a New Hyrule. All that needed to be done now was to say one more goodbye to Aryll and Grandma before we set sail. However, I noticed something odd during this visit to Outset Island, something in my own home: One of the floorboards had come loose by the fireplace. Apparently it’d happened during the commotion that ended up being my 16th birthday, yet I only noticed it now, after having traveled all across the Great Sea, discovered truths about ancient myths, and finally put those legendary figures to rest. When I went to set the floorboard back in place, I saw something stuck underneath it, a small leather sack coated in a thick layer of dust. I asked Grandma what it was, and she simply called it an old relic of the past, which only got me more curious given my recent penchant for “ancient relics.” The sack only contained a single outfit: A pair of canvas pants dyed white, a leather belt with a brass buckle, a tightly-woven shirt the color of long grass, a conical cap colored like summer leaves, and a sturdy tunic the same shade of green. I asked Grandma again what it was, jokingly suggesting that she _had_ made it for my birthday and decided not to give it to me. She let out a deep sigh, and told me that she didn’t make this outfit for me. It was the one she’d made when her son turned 16… She did originally plan to have me wear it, but when she saw how my younger days on Outset had affected me, she decided it was best to leave the past behind… I don’t think I’ll ever forgive my father for leaving all those years ago, but I’ve come to understand that the past can still hold lessons for the future. This collection of clothing is no longer just a painful reminder of a darkened past, but an embodiment of what must be overcome to keep those same mistakes from happening again. I admit, the clothes are a bit loose on me at the moment, but I still have some growing to do, and hey, that’s what legacy is all about, isn’t it? Despite this, there have been times lately where I ask myself, what if..? What if my father hadn’t left, had stayed long enough to encounter the Hylia-Madas himself? What if I gave in to my own grief when Aryll was taken by the Helmaroc King? What if the King of Red Lions didn’t insist I was cut out for the whole Hero thing and just left me at Windfall Island (or adrift at sea)? In the end, I just brush those thoughts aside. I know from experience that nothing good comes from speculating on what’s already happened. After all, if I’d given up at any point in my selfish quest to rescue my sister, I wouldn’t have put aside my pride and boarded the Hylia-Madas, I wouldn’t have fulfilled a great king’s failed legacy and brought actual tangible hope to the world. Most importantly though, I wouldn’t have met Tetra: The most stubborn little bitch I’ll ever have the misfortune to meet, the saltiest of all the sea dogs I’ll ever come across in all the years to come, my captain, my princess, my… I know you’ve been reading these, Tetra, and I actively refuse to finish that sentence until you come right up to me out in the open, admit what you’ve been doing, and ask in no uncertain terms what I was going to say. You know where to find me. I’ll be waiting.

Extremely amazingly well done with this part, and now what we all been waiting for, to make this whole Dub complete, presenting the Bloopers, and Outtakes, from slipups, to silly moments, and just as it says, but it shows how dedicated everyone was, and this is new, seeing the voice actors, but still just as extremely funny as Bloopers and Outtakes are supposed to be, though congratulations to everyone who worked as hard as they did. Keep doing a wonderful job.

Love the bloopers, they were all respectively funny 😆. I also loved getting to see more of the voice actors' persona characetures appearing in this video, it really gives a good face to their hilarity, lol. I got a real good kick out of the Rito Chieftan, Tingle, and King Daphnes's bloopers. They were just excellent 👌. Love the whole running gag with fast food restaurants in this blooper reel 😂. I think King Daphnes's proclamation as the Burger King killed me, XD. Makar's bloopers were also just beautiful 🤣. His new song is just perfect 😉😆. The personified depiction of Isabelle Amponin's bloopers were also quite entertaining, loved her rendition of "I Want It That Way", lol. And then we have the entire tirade of Corinne Sudberg coming up with various cuss words to refer to Ganondorf 😆. I knew there was a reason why I liked her take as Tetra, XD. The audio commentary being visually depicted in this was also ingenious, really brings the voice directors involved with this project's outtakes. It shows that literally everyone had fun doing this remake 😁. Oh yeah, one more remark, this video reminded me of how I totally missed the total vocal shift of Komali's voice during the project. I shouldn't be that surprised given the previous version of this project, but the decisive tactic still impresses me nonetheless. Good work on both the directors and voice actors who partook in the voicework for the character. And lastly, thank you to all the voice actors who helped make this remake of the Wind Waker Dub so great. I had a blast listening to your performances, as well as your screw-ups 😄😂.
