A skilled youtuber with very likely far more hours than your average player. Their word carries far more weight than ours does. If I was an admin and had 1 or 2 players saying someone was hacking id think nothing of it. Maybe watch the dudes for a bit. But if those 2 players were say Frost, Bloo, Stevie, etc then I'd be far more inclined to believe it and work faster to sus out whether they are in fact cheating.

I don't know about rust but on most games like that every time a player has someone better than him people freak out calling hax. I was an admin on a server for one game where I had people constantly calling hax on a guy and we had access to his machine because he's a literal pro and it's required for competition. I informed them as much and every one of them insisted it was bias and he was hacking.

Posty and trausi are both unstoppable. All the ones you mentioned will no do good with both players in a server. Both of them are capable of getting aks and rockets with just 2x1 base with wooden doors after 1 to 2 hours.

It's because he killed them while he was in the middle of the raid and could've been trying to kill blooprint or they could've been members of the group who owned the base. In his case he died when two ak people *chased* him. That's why he was super confused.
