Came to your channel recommended by HVACR Survival. I think your videos are high quality with good content. You troubleshoot like I do, and its a pleasure to watch. Can't believe you don't have more Subscribers. Only suggestion.... maybe make them longer? Take us through the work (like you did in this one) more often like Survival and Chris @ HVACR Videos does. The way YOU work .... we'd all enjoy seeing it!

Awesome! I'm happy you enjoy the videos. Some videos work out better then others in the editing process. I will take your suggestion and apply it when I can, and I appreciate it. Rick at HVAC/R Survival is an awesome guy and a genius service tech. Nice to meet you Winston.

Need to replace bearing on my house furnace blower, but I need to keep a cage and pulley !
@HughesManHVAC8 ай бұрын
Hope it works out
@dmitripogosian50848 ай бұрын
@@HughesManHVAC It did ! Just replaced it yesterday, furnace purrs like a kitten, better than in years. On a second thought should have probably used the old rubber gasket, the new bearings came with a little different (and more narrow) ones, but it looked damaged on the first glance, just later after I washed it, I saw it is all right. But now I can take it apart again if needed :). Bearing sleeve on a pulley side was eaten through like by 1/4 inch in a side, the blower was full of metal shavings

To align pullys, i use a string from the far end of the blower pully and stretch it back over the far end of the driver pully. Once the string lays flat over the pullys, theyre aligned. Ive also used the straight edge of a tape measure. Lol.

Ok But why the background music?
@HughesManHVAC Жыл бұрын
Your right the background music is completely unnecessary! I haven’t watched this video in 2 years. 😅 my old videos weren’t the best.

yeah if RSC wasn't always on back order for the housing parts I would prefer that. honestly it only took me a couple hours to make the repair anyway. thanks for watching!
