Two suggestions from improvements from me. Overall this is a nice video, I really like how well you explained the process. 1)Use plastic instead you can use plastic folder sleeves and make cones with that stuff, it lasts so much longer. My darts last years with the plastic and they don’t get soggy when you shoot so you can shoot the dart more than 5-10 times. 2) Use hot glue instead of superglue, it absorbs the shock a little better so darts don’t go all bent when shooting at a hard surface, dries faster too. 3) Use a longer dart shaft, this will give more make the darts more accurate and penetration will be a bit better, this will make your darts slightly slower which is a alright trade of I think. You can you that kind of springy wire on umbrellas/bike spokes, wooden skewers/dowels, metal skewers if you remove the handles. These are merely suggestions but your darts would be great for a beginner who is just ‘testing the water’ in blowgun shooting with a blowgun made out of something cheap like pvc pipe.

I used to make these long ago. Cutting the cones, put a wood dowel in the cone in the tube, then razor cut against the dowel right to size. Also if you did cut to much cone, you can use tape to rebuild or widen the cone. These are powerful I hunted with mine using big nails. Glass breaking use ceramic tips, like tile chunks.

Use a layer of electrical tape and your darts will last a long time. A small ball of cotton wool in the cone helps keep it very round.

I am surprise that people still using paper for dart cone in America. Duct tape or rigid plastic bags. If yo make a 100 darts to go hide out in a very dense tick jungle, those paper darts cones will fall apart in days. I cant imagine living in or close a jungle without a well design powerful blow gun. It is the best survival weapon for fish, birds and animals.

I usually cover the outside with electrical tape and the inside walls with super glue and put a very small piece of toilet paper in there so it sits circular
