Would you remove the tiles when doing a run of sheet goods that you were going to do through-cuts on? Thanks.

The Tiles are designed to be used on profile and through cuts. Many of our cabinetry and other nesting users appreciate the fact that you can cut through in a single pass instead of using onion skins or tabs to hold your parts.

So this goes on top of the spoil board and cut through then replaced?

Yes. You apply the gasket on top of the spoilboard. It is important to adjust your Z depth to just kiss the gasket. When Z depth is adjusted correctly you can use the tile for 300 plus working house.
