Do I have to strum all the strings when going up and down? I’m a beginner 😭

Not nessiserily, sometimes it can be nice to miss some of them, play around with it and see what sounds good.

i just can’t get myself to switch from g to c

I always play g if i have to switch to c after with the 3rd finger on the 3rd fret of low e, second finger on 2nd fret of a and with pinky on 3rd fret of high e. The swicht is easier for me that way hope this helps
