The name "Just Cause" is from Operation: Just Cause. It was the name of the American Military mission to take down a dictator in Panama. In every Just Cause game, you take down a dictator.

I think the the original game was named after the American Invasion of Panama it was code named “operation Just Cause” it happened in the 80’s which if I remember correctly the first game takes place in Panama 🇵🇦 so now we know!

Try this I've succeeded in doing it, use windcannons to push the tornado into the desert or rainforest. I've tried to get it into the alpines but it's too difficult. Avoid any sources of water like the ocean or rivers, that will cause the tornado to dissipate
