I am 72 years old and heard this song by this group for the 1st time about 2 years ago. My reaction to hearing it for the 1st time was very, very much like your reaction. It has become my favorite song of all time, and it brings me to tears every time I hear it now. I have also played this song over and over again. It is soooo emotional and meaningful. Whew.

Fantastic song! Can't believe it's been 30 years since it was released. I saw where you just reacted to a Dolly Parton song... well, she recently covered this song along with Linda Perry (the 4non Blondes lead singer).
