Hard and fast just use the stock pipe flange to manifold to join the T4 flange ,its a abrupt transition but it works and another pipe flange to stock mani fold weld pipes so got a flange on one end then weld T4 flange on the other flange cheap as ,brace turbo with Falcon front sway bar links and remove rubbers for a couple of nuts and make small mount plates and some brackets to body bingo sorted lol

Hmmm not sure if I fully agree with you there Scotty on your reasoning with the .63 rear housing. I am not a big believer in big 1.0+ rear housings because they are generally for dyno queens. For the drag ute, sure no problem you have the ECU to make the boost curve bend to your will, you have a transbrake to allow you to build boost, you have a built convertor / transmission to take that kind of launch power. You are building essentially a street car with boost, so you can't do any of the things the ute can do. I am a big believer in the .6x rear housing (owned several). For a street car you want a car that ramps in the power in a more linear fashion, this is what you need to maintain traction on a tyre limited car, and to get the car off the line quickly. Top end power looks impressive on the dyno, but doesn't necessarily equate to a quick ET if you have to wait for that power to ramp in then it buzzes into wheel spin because it comes in too fast. If you are bending rods with a .63 housing then there is a serious issue in the tune, or fuel, not the compressor housing. I proved beyond a doubt that you can make more boost with a big turbo at a lower RPM than a standard turbo and it be perfectly happy, and have it drive like it had a stock turbo on it.
